Nelli's Journey
Gedung Sate is a governor office building located at Jl. Diponegoro Bandung. In front of Gedung Sate, there is a gazebo which is not just a field that used for ceremony or important events of local governement but also for sport. Every Sunday morning, there are a lot of people come to Gazebo for exercises such as soccer, jogging, volleyball etc. But the most interesting thing is that many PKL (pedagang kaki lima) are available and it's only happen on Sunday morning. You can looking for clothes, jackets, pants, t-shirts, traditional foods, gorengan, dolls, sandals, baloons, watches, CDs, cassettes, cute souvenirs, frames, belts, plants, pets, hats, and many more...^^; Can you imagine how crowded gazebo each sunday morning? Hehehe...but it's still number one choice for Bandung's people to spend the weekend.
"Lhok-Nga"
After Tsunami disaster, one huge barge ship and the smaller ship were thrown up to the high way. Can you imagine? it was incredible the power of water that can lift up these two ships. The God's mighty. When we visit Lhok-Nga, it was drizzle. So, one cute blue umbrella also involve in this journey ^^;
I had a chance to visit my husband's campus of ITB in Bandung one time. Using blue vespa scotter, me and my husband go around the campus. It's quite cozy and chilly place to visit. Perhaps because it was sunday morning ^^; This pic was taken in front of Labtek V, Fakultas Teknologi Industri. Taken using my husband's camera phone.
"Oleh-oleh"This place called Sare, I am not sure but I think it's near Sigli. Again, this pic was taken on the way back from Banda Aceh with my family. One tips from me: if you travel in a such long journey, don't forget to take some snacks and drinks. So you won't get any hunger and thirsty :P
to be continued :)
